This is a lightweight cotton t-shirt featuring Jean-Michel Basquiat's writing of per capita (meaning "equally among all individuals") We printed his simple yet powerful message the front and back of our cotton t-shirt along with his iconic crown on the back.
About the artwork: Jean-Michel Basquiat's ubiquitous three-pointed crown was drawn with the Latin term per capita on a ceramic plate. The plate was created for the dinner at "El Toula" restaurant for the inauguration of the exhibition "Warhol and Italian fashion" held in Milan, October 1983.
