OUR PRODUCTS

Do you have permission to use the artists' work on your projects?

Yes. We work directly with the artists or their estates to obtain permissions to reproduce their works.

Are your products sustainable?

We endeavor to use all-natural fabrics whenever possible, and to produce our products in factories that have been inspected for social compliance. We also produce in limited quantities to reduce the amount of textile waste and potential for deadstock. Whenever we have textiles that are not suitable for sale, we donate to local textile recycling facilities.

ORDERS

An item I want to buy is sold out – will you be restocking it?

As many of our items are sold in small batch runs, we cannot guarantee that they will be restocked. You can sign up to be notified when items are restocked by style and size.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credits cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) as well as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Payments, and Paypal.

SHIPPING

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4PM EST will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that we cannot ship to postal (P.O.) boxes.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping via UPS Ground for orders over $35. For domestic orders under $35, UPS Ground shipping is $5.95. We offer UPS Express shipping with rates calculated at check out.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can monitor the estimated arrival status of your package by clicking on the tracking number link within the shipping confirmation email.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. ROME PAYS OFF cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays. All international customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

You may return any full price merchandise purchase from romepaysoff.com for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items that are returned for a refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns on sale merchandise.

 

Can I exchange my item if it doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit me?

Due to the limited production runs of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

 

Do you pay for my return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and this cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

 

How will I receive my refund after a return?

Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
